SHIPPING

We will try our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible! Please allow 1-2 days for processing, and 1-3 business days for shipping . All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). These shipping times are not guaranteed, please consider extreme weather conditions, delays, and holidays. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP

We offer pick up option for local residents. Once order is ready, customer will be contacted via email with location & time information. There will be NO DELIVERY. Items will be held for pick up within 7 days, If order has not been picked up after that time, a store credit will be issued. Please bring a government issued ID to pick up location as it is required to release the package.  By selecting local pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against JAZZYLIPS LLC.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

JAZZYLIPS LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, you will need to contact USPS (United States Postal Service). We thoroughly inspect each product before shipping it to you, therefore we are not responsible for damages during shipping. Any lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. 

 

RETURNS

JAZZYLIPS LLC WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. JAZZYLIPS LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU AGREE TO OUR RETURN POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
